About Allergic Rhinitis (Hay Fever)
Allergic rhinitis, often called hay fever, can cause sneezing, an itchy or runny nose, congestion and itchy eyes after exposure to allergens.
How we approach care
At Ānshén, your appointment begins with time to discuss your health history, current concerns and goals. A Chinese medicine assessment considers your broader wellbeing and helps guide a treatment plan tailored to you.
Acupuncture can be discussed as a complementary option alongside appropriate healthcare. We will talk through your circumstances, answer your questions and review your care with you.
Working with your healthcare team
A pharmacist or GP can discuss diagnosis, allergen management and treatment options. Seek urgent help for breathing difficulties or signs of a severe allergic reaction.
